Welcome to TurtleCreekPark.org - a community-driven arts advocacy project dedicated to "The Park with all the Turtles." This is a chance to heal and create an inclusive dialogue.

The Park has had multiple names over the years: Oak Lawn Park (1906-1936 and 2017-2019), Lee Park (1936-2017, during the presence of the Confederate monument), and now Turtle Creek Park (2019+). Our plan is to tell the rich history of the Park using images, news clippings, census data, and other historical records.

New in Turtle Land! TurtleFiles.com send us high-quality video or images from the Park using this helpful Google Form. TurtleWeather.com instant, fabulous, real-time weather updates about extreme conditions in Oak Lawn. TurtleHistory.org tell your Park story and leave your mark on the Park with this Google Form.
